        They have absolutely no respect to tenants that have stayed loyal to them over years, even after the continual increase in monthly rent and restrictions. Be ready to spend a lot of money when you leave.

        I live in this condo since 2014, I have never stopped paying rent even in times of COVID, but I had an error in the account in this last payment (it was not lack of funds) and I have had to pay a late payment fee of more than $ 100, I think responsible customers should be considered.
