Delicious food, subpar service. The patacones and the auras were delicious. The chicharrón, too! Nice, sunny place if you go for the happy hour, 2-6pm as the windows face south and lots of nice daylight. Speaking of happy hour, good luck actually getting the happy hour prices for drinks and the appetizers. Our waiter seemed to not understand any of the questions we had for him (we are bilingual English/Spanish, so it wasn't a language barrier...maybe it's because he had AirPods in while he was talking with us....) and told us all apps were half price. Not true. Only some are, but this is only published on the drink menu. The food is so worth it-the meats taste better than any Argentine steakhouse we have tried in Chicago. However, the restaurant needs to work on getting friendly, competent waitstaff who can listen and explain the menu and prices.
