She continues to go above and beyond expectations same wrk ethics when she was an employee for the previous owner, now that she is owner and operator she exceeds professionalism and care for every customer..         The staff here is always friendly and helpful. The vehicles available have been in better condition than the ones I have rented at larger airports. Chris was working the desk and shared some local insight to avoid a closed bridge on the way to the airport. I would've missed my flight if it weren't for her guidance - thank you!!
