Avis Car Rental

Store was dirty. When I arrived no one seemed to have any sense of urgency. I paid ,attendant handed me the papers and keys . No walk around , no tutorial on the vehicle nothing . As we were pulling onto the interstate my wife noticed a crack in the windshield. We immediately called the number were put on hold for 24 mins . After some back and fourth we were told to bring the car back . Mind you we at this point are 40 mins into a 10 hour drive. Turned around drove 40 mins back to the store . I walked in told the attendant what was going on she looked at me and said Ill make a note of it . I just drove an hour and 20 minutes round trip for you to tell me Ill make a note of it ? You couldnt do that on the phone? Terrible experience not sure how that store in Boston stays open!

Horrible experience here two events I got there employees were not there second time I waited an hr for an employee only to be denied and waste cab fair and have no car

Unfriendly like hell! Treat you like sh! When I arrived there on time to get my reserved car they just said they are sold out. No sorry, no lets try to help you. Nothing. When asking for other options they got annoyed. Try to avoid this rental station.

They let you book a reservation and then when you pull up they tell me no cars available MAKE A CALL OR CANCEL THE RESERVATION SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.
