Charlotte at Avis was extremely rude to my partner today when he arrived at 8am to pick up the car he had reserved and paid for the night previous. He was informed that Charlotte had sold his car the night before, and there were no vehicles available for him. She laughed in his face while telling him there was nothing she could do. Customer service was also extremely unhelpful, shuffling him around between people and refusing to honor the rental agreement he had already paid for. Your broken website database and terrible employees are not your customers' problem. It is unlikely we will ever use your services again, and will make sure to warn all of our friends and family about the horrible way Avis is run.
