The owner, which is the only employee working in this spot, can't handle his responsibilities. He forgets to wash your clothes and, for people like me who need the service for business, you lose as well. Rules changes every week, he never answers his cell phone â€” afraid of the customer of course, and the professionalism word never was understood in this store. It's not about money but how all types of companies have to do at least the minimum: respect.
