The Westin Cincinnati

Nice location, parking garage is easy, the woman checking us in was top notch. She said she loves her job and gets to travel for it and gave us some appetizer coupons for the restaurant below. The room was very clean. The bathroom was a tiny bit dated but clean. Great city views and all of the surrounding restaurants are really good. We will stay here again.

Never stay here again. When i first got there i already had a reservation, they gave me a room that already had people in it. Then i had left $5,000 on accident in the room when i checked out by the time i realized it i was already on the road. I called and was put on hold and didn't get through i tried a few more times and by the third day i finally get ahold of someone and they said they would send the manager of house keeping to go look... its been 3 days seriously and magically the money just disappeared. How does $5000 just disappear?? Worst hotel ive stayed in seriously.
