The apartments themselves are fine. There were a few uneven handles and scuff marks on the floor when I moved in.
Pros: washer/dryer connect, pretty spacious, walk in closet, updated appliances, thicker walls
Cons: trash, poor communication with leasing office, police are here often, random charges, high turnover office staff, lack of organization.
*The only luxury thing about my apartments are the updated appliances. That is all. Its raggedy around here.

Do not move here. This place is trash. People were shooting last week. Very unsafe. Trash are everywhere and people dont clean after their pets which is disgusting. Manager and supervisor dont care for the their residents. I cant wait to move out.

They charge you 25.00 a month for trash pickup which happens once a week. The trash compactor always looks like this and infested with rats. I had unfinished apartment and had to stay in a hotel for 3 weeks in Aug of 2022 and did not refund me anything for that month I wasnt in thr apartment. I went without a garage disposal for 3 months. I had no bedroom door for almost 10 months. The office people are rude and Laurie will take advantage of you and change your lease dates.
The pool was closed all summer they opened it 2 weeks before Labor day. They will change your lease dates. They also will charge a fee for security on the property, NO SECURITY. Before I moved US Marshalls 2 doors down looking for a murder suspect, it was on the news. Broke down cars sit in parking spots for tenants with parking pass. Closed on Saturday and won't respond to emergency calls.the back apartments by creek have old decks and you can slip in fro yam the mildew. You can see the deck in picture below.

There is trash everywhere that has been left by the residents. I have called the office multiple times and have been told that it will be taken care of by the trash company when they can get the contract back on with them since the compactor (large dumpster) has been fixed or maintenance will take care of it but there has been no resolution! It has been over three weeks since the trash company has picked up my trash and now there are mice and raccoons that have gotten into the bags and left trash EVERYWHERE. Clearly management doesnt care about rodents getting into apartments or safety hazards to enter and exit doorways in homes.

Theres just so many things wrong with this place. For starters, dont let anything ever get taken from your apartment and then bring it up to office because instead of being concerned or worried, they accused us of accusing them. Absolutely horrid behavior towards tenants. Our dishwasher was replaced three times but somehow was broken after just a week or so of using it so, for the entirety of the year my familys been here, its never been properly working. The trash company almost never picks up trash and rodents and raccoons tear through the trash almost every single day. Theres trash all over the complex due to lack and negligence of the complex. Dont be even one day late on rent or theyll post an eviction notice on your door. Also the pool wasnt open but for two weeks last season. Parking isnt awful but people dont take into consideration other people are parking beside them. The management here is absolutely atrocious. Including the maintenance team as well. All very rude, unprofessional, and make tenants feel extremely unwelcomed. 10/10 do not recommend living here unless you like fighting with a leasing office 24/7 and being talked down on.
