We just moved in and love it. The office staff is so friendly and helpful. We had a couple of minor fixes that needed done and they sent someone in a timely manner. The maintenance men are friendly as well and had the issue fixed in no time. Paying rent is convenient and easy. Im excited to start using the gym and other amenities they have to offer here.

I have lived here 4 years so this isnt just new info. If you want to rent an outdated place with really poorly done updates/repair work from a landlord who doesnt care whatsoever about you, your wellbeing or how they repair your place and raises your rent every single year with zero explanation, sends threatening emails out to try to scare people into following their rules (you cant have patio furniture or anything lol) then sure- rent from them. I even had to contact the police once due to my neighbor threatening us for no reason and it took the landlord a week to even acknowledge anything. Would not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere This is now updated since my review was somehow removed or is missing from your reviews- fascinating. Its now down to 1 star as I have a leaking, falling in ceiling in my Master bedroom that was fixed once prior by maintenance and is worse now than it was before and its still not fixed. Nor will anyone from maintenance communicate with me when it is scheduled to be fixed. Im unsure why you are surprised by these reviews lol.

Final thoughts: This community should not be considered as a "home." Property management harasses tenants with notices/warnings/policies/procedures constantly and will force entry into your apartment on a weekly basis. The nature of their communication is always threatening and antagonistic, giving the impression they don't want me living here at all. I considered the possibility that they just wanted my apartment vacant for some reason, but I always see the same notices hanging from my neighbors doors. Some problems of note while I lived here: Gas leak in my unit and a nearby unit. Mold in the bathroom walls which was caulked and painted over when I moved in. Unlocked my front door while I was out of town, of which I was notified by a "service request" I did not submit Refused to unlock my door for a service tech to install the "pre installed" Internet service that I was forced to pay for and switch to upon moving in. Positives: The guys brought my rental washer and dryer in really quickly. It was interesting to see how quickly things changed after they got me into a lease. Initial review: I dropped in unannounced on a Friday afternoon and Michael was super helpful. I ended up applying the same day. This apartment complex is ideal for me. Feels far away, has fresh air and parking, low noise, while still being very close to the city with no commute to my workplace. 9 month update: The above review was made immediately after moving in and the following is an update as of signing my notice to vacate: They take a strong stance on their right to enter your apartment and will always be on the lookout for reasons to enter or unlock your door. Inspections, lock testing, painting the front door. They heavily utilize the 24 hours notice clause and it is always accompanied by a written threat of a fine for non-compliance. Everyone I've spoken to at the front office seems sympathetic to the obvious concerns with this but cannot offer any help or alternatives, not even to request a time frame be arranged. You should take this seriously if your privacy or safety is a concern. After multiple warnings that they require 60 days notice to vacate, it was bumped to 64 via a note on my door, leaving me with just 3 days to come in and sign the notice, when I had expected 7 days. Upon signing, I was given 24 hours notice to enter for an inspection. Pay attention to how they will manipulate these time frames to take advantage of you. Despite this urgency, there is always a waitlist for what they consider to be non-emergency maintenance. Should you call the emergency line for anything YOU consider an emergency, such as responding to unjust fines and entries, you are threatened with more fines. After I move out, I will update this with a more detailed picture of my experience here and any issues I encountered. All in all. There were many positives to my experience here, but having been constantly reminded of my lack of rights as their tenant, I have decided to move on and am only updating this review in hopes that it helps the rest of this process go smoothly. It's my impression that none of this experience reflects the performance of the staff on-site here, but rather the management company. 10 month update: I have received 3 more notices of entry in the 3 weeks since the last update. The reasons are as follows: 1: Replace blinds ($100). I was able to avoid this fee this by replacing them myself for $10 before they arrived within 24 hours. 2: Measure cabinets. 3: ANOTHER inspection. 2nd time since submitting my notice to vacate. This time citing that my "housekeeping" will be a relevant point in the inspection. This is 5 weeks before I am scheduled to move. A period where I expect most tenants would not be prepared to present their home.
