I have been dealing with Beltone in Columbia for over 35 years. His mother started the office and then Russell came aboard and she taught him everything she knew. RUSSELL has been a lifesaver to me in several ways. He and his staff has been very professional, every time I come in there. And in 35 years, I’ve recommended a lot of people to him. I was born partial loss of hearing, my first hearing aid was a Beltone.

The Beltone Amaze is the 3rd model of Beltone hearing devices I've had and by far these are the best suited for my needs. They provide frequencies that were not available on previous devices and allow me to hear better than I have in years! They were recommended by audiologist Russell Johnson at the Gregg Street, Columbia, SC office. I am satisfied with the recharge feature that has eliminated the need to keep a supply of batteries on hand. I get a full day's service with an overnight charge and estimate that there is a charge of at least 2 - 3 hours remaining when I put them in the charger at night.
The office is always pleasant and comfortable. Jane, who handles scheduling (and probably lots of other details), has a great memory and can remember what we chatted about 2 months before when I came in last time for Russell to check my devices. Russell includes the ongoing life-time service at no additional cost.
I recommend Beltone hearing devices and especially the service through Russell Johnson (and Jane, in the office).

I never would have believed I needed hearing aids as much as I do. I can actually hear all the birds singing in the morning when I walk through my neighborhood. Thanks to Beltone and Russell Johnson for opening up a new world for me. Their friendliness, professionalism, knowledge and care is unsurpassed. I recommend Beltone.
