LOVE LadyFit! best womens fitness club in Rapid, highly recommend! I looked elsewhere, no other gym truely caters to WOMEN!

LadyFit is a Great Place to work out at, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Liz is always willing to answer questions or show you a particular work out for what you need or like. Easy access 24 hours, each cardio machine has a TV and plug in for your Ipod. Nice to work out at a locally owned business and not a chain!

I love the atmosphere at LadyFit! You walk in, you feel comfortable, for that hour or so of working out, it feels like its YOUR gym! Very clean, all the equipment you need, the group classes are great, and the teachers & staff are super friendly!
