image Everything was very good. It is an excellent hotel and the attention of the staff is very special. I recommend it and the man David was very attentive.

image Stayed here before last year for almost a week with my family and it was a wonderful experience, came back into town for ONE night and they accused us of staining the couch which the stain was present before we settled in for the night. The General Manager, Rebecca, was not very understanding of the situation and charged us for damages that we did not do. The people here hide the mess from previous guests so be aware to double check your rooms before settling in.

image I love it here. Very clean and nice environment. The front desk lady was a little awkward which is weird for a front desk employee lol but she was nice. The man cooking the breakfast was very quiet and hard to understand and seemed to be angry but not rude(if that makes sense). The parking lot is horrible but I can totally look over that!!

image The hotel attempts to mimic a European flavor with its offerings. We stay in 100 hotels a year (or more), and feel well qualified to review this hotel and our experience. When we checked in, the host (he was new) was extremely pleasant and friendly. The hotel was clean and initial impressions were good. Then, the irritating things began showing up.
1. The mattress is smaller than the slick frame it sits on. If you like to sit up in bed, the mattress will slide to the bottom of the frame leaving a large gap where the pillows sit. We finally had to lodge the ironing board and a few hangers into the bottom of the bed frame to keep the mattress from sliding.
2. The shower is anemic. In the interest of saving water, the shower is almost unusable. If I had any tools I would have disassembled the shower head and removed the restrictor which relegated the flow to a drizzle. No future guest would find this acceptable.
3. Over the TV, and pointing directly at the bed, was some sort of a smoke or fire detector. Every 10 or 15 seconds it would strobe a very bright white light (think of a light camera flash). I finally found a solution to block the strobe light although I dont like messing with smoke or fire detectors for obvious reasons. I dont suppose it occurred to anybody to mount that thing where it wouldnt keep guests awake?
4. The complimentary breakfast was a mess. No spoons for cereal, no coffee, bananas were mush, and the employee working the breakfast area didnt seem to care much.
There are more small and annoying things, but I think you get the point. For a $150 a night hotel, you should expect something more.
There is a Home 2 Suites literally next door. Do yourself a favor and go there, and pass on the Element. Never again!!!
Rooms: The European designed rooms suck. Read my review for just a few of the many unacceptable features. No extra pillows, no extra blankets, room temperature almost impossible to control.
Trust me, go elsewhere.
Food & drinks: The Tap House and the Paradise Grill are close by and both restaurants are FANTASTIC. Try the Wild Turkey pork chops or the Salmon avacado salad if you want a real treat. Actually, everything looked good.
