Absolute worst management imaginable. There were loud renovations every single day for months while I was staying there starting at 7/8am until 5pm. They kicked me out of the apartment for renovations for 10 days without compensation. In the process, they damaged many of my belongings with a total cost of over $1,000. They promised that I'd be compensated but I haven't heard from anybody in over 2 months despite constant calls and emails. Totally dishonest, horrific management. Don't ever rent here, they don't care about their renters as soon as they sign the lease. I'll update if I receive compensation, but I doubt I'll ever hear back from them if I don't take legal action.

Their management is very unhelpful unless you annoy them every day about your problems. Decent prices for the space in west campus and the parking in Sterling was convenient.

Horrible management. I can never get a hold of Jeremy, one of the managers. Students at the front desk feed me false information and are unwilling to make situations for students better. I was a resident for one year, but even after graduating college I am still dealing with their poor management as it has been over 4 weeks and I have yet to receive some of my deposit back. After living in west campus for three years, this was by far the worst apartment and experience. Many former and current students have social media pages dedicated to answering questions that The Quarters can't/will not answer. The Quarters should be held accountable and students should feel like they are at home. If I had known COVID-19 would happen, I would have moved off campus somewhere. My roommate and I lived in the Cameron House, which was the first building to be renovated. We were promised in May that we would have a gym and pool open by move-in in late July. It was April of the next year when we barely got to use the amenities. During that waiting period, we would contact the front office and email the managers asking when renovations would be done. We were either ghosted or told "I don't know." Horrible way to end my senior year of college. And I am STILL trying to receive a call back. They don't even deserve one star!!!

The renovations are temporary. The maintenance personnel were always respectful, despite taking longer to get to the “less important maintenance work”. Yes, they are over pricing their units. You shouldn’t have to pay 900-1200 dollars to live with 2-3 other people. That’s absurd but you will be hard pressed to find any place in west campus that doesn’t do this. The entire areas apartment management are always so predatory. I experienced the renovations and the construction company they hired are disrespectful towards your belongings and they actually broke some of our furniture. They claim to compensate you for damaged items and even for meals while you stay at the Moxy Hotel, but it seems they intentionally take forever getting back to your reimbursement check so maybe you will forget about it. The construction team left our belongings in a disaster for us to clean up. They weren’t even organized or neatly stacked. It looked they just tossed everything around and called it quits after they finished renovating. Despite this, they aren’t all bad. Unlike some other horrendous apartments in west campus, I actually got my deposit back, which is shocking, because the other places I’ve lived tried everything in their power, and outside it, to keep it. Also, the cleaning staff are so kind and respectful. It seems the upper management are the real predators here, but don’t be rude to maintenance and staff, because they are doing their best and it’s not their fault their managers suck. Overall, it’s an over priced apartment with comfy rooms and you get your own bathroom. If you don’t have to deal with management, this place is solid, but the renovations were indeed mishandled and could have been better.
