The Trinity Residences

Leasing office is super nice. Things not considered prior to moving in: Super long walk from parking to apartment, schedule an extra 5 minutes to your commute. Construction, constantly, all around the complex. TCU around the corner, lots of students at this complex. University Avenue traffic is ridiculous, getting to and from complex can be a headache - especially if theres events at Dickies or TCU. No sound attenuation, if you dont live on the top floor, prepare to hear everything from above. Typical - residents with pets constantly not cleaning up. Gym is tiny, minimal equipment. Decent place, but in hindsight I would have chosen a quieter/lowkey complex. And they charged to paint the walls lol, I didnt hang a single picture, and certainly didnt paint the walls. so weird.

My boyfriend and I were shopping for apartments for months looking to upgrade to a 2bd2br. We stumbled upon Broadstone on Trinity and instantly fell in love! Literally! All of their units are beautiful, spacious, and the appliances are great. We love the idea of a private garage and we have a patio that has a great view of the beautiful courtyard. We moved in just in time for spring and I cant wait to start swimming and enjoying both pools! Ashlei and the rest of the team are so helpful, attendant, and gracious; I plan on being here for a while.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Broadstone on the Trinity. The office management staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming!
