Arsenal is THE place in Huntsville for powerlifting. Ive been a member here for about a year now and its been one of the best gym experiences Ive had.

This was a very friendly and warm gym. The workout was challenging and filled with variety. Definitely would become a member or attend classes on a regular basis.

Low impact intense cardio workout. The class pushes me harder than I would push myself. Highly recommend.
