    We had such a wonderful stay for the first night of our honeymoon! The room and view were absolutely beautiful! Siraj and Crystal went out of their way to make our stay extra special with some celebratory treats too! We will never forget their kindness!

    Rooms: The rooms really need a thorough cleaning and/or complete refurbishment. And don't be surprised to find out housekeeping took your dirty towels and didn't give you any fresh ones... Noteworthy details: I stayed in this hotel for more than 9 months; I will not stay here again. The front desk staff is generally rude, inattentive (you'll either have to pry them away from their phone or go find them) and undertrained. There are a few that are helpful, friendly, professional and courteous but I think they generally work at the Westin.

    Great service with an attentive staff. I will definitely call on them again!!! Rooms: Very clean! We had the suite which was perfect for 2 people. Safety: Adjacent to a shopping center that.has security. Walkability: Lots of shopping near by

    At 10:45 pm on the night of our stay we had a gentleman who was a housekeeping attendant enter our room to being towels, sheets and other linens that we did not request. He insisted that we had ordered them, but we made him aware numerous times that we had not. This employee after entering our room without permission, then attempted to enter the bedroom of our room to collect the sheets we had, to replace them with new ones. In the 20 plus years I've been staying in hotels, we have never experienced anyone attempt to come into our room to get the linen they were replacing. Especially in the later evening hours. While this employee was in our room,I was completely undressed in the bedroom and had it not been for my husband stepping in between the employee and our room as well as my yelling that I was indecent he would have entered the room where I was. This was completely unacceptable, we made several attempts to have hotel management speak to us, we were given a warm apology but no compensation for the issue. Not even points, we were told that the GM had no intention of compensating Us in any manner. I would like to make it clear that compensation is not the main focus, but being able to have the chance to make better memories is what we were seeking .We were swept under the rug, this was an absolutely horrible experience. We will tell everyone we can not to stay at this hotel, management made it crystal clear that they did not care about the situation, nor us as guests. The words used were " we empathize with you" I think there needs to be some sensitivity retraining. As a victim of several violent acts in my life, the trauma trigger was so real. This completely killed our night. Our one year anniversary was ruined. On top of this the rooms could have been cleaner when we went into the bathroom of the room there were marks left in the toilet from a previous persons bowel movement, there were crumbs and other debris all over the floor. There were debris and other chunks of food in the sink and drain in the kitchen area of the room. They were also visible stains and crusted on spills on the couch. As well as the dresser in the corner of the room being propped up on folded paper to keep it from rocking. This hotel needs new management and a remodeling overhaul. An Absolutely disgusting place and I'm not just speaking in regards to the cleanliness of the hotel, management is just as filthy, and need to understand what it truly means to be in guest services. This is not what you would expect from a Marriott Branded hotel. Do better.
