Grand Central Hotel

Hotel, amazingclean rooms well appointed service was great. AVOID the restaurant, costly for one thing and poor quality for another. The steaks are on the menu as Tenderloin however, ours were overcooked sirloin, at $47.00.. I also ordered a glass of burgundy with my meal, the waitress asked if burgundy was a red wine or white?!?!? Go to Rouges Manor or Local Flavor for dinner, youll be glad you did!!! Rooms: Ok

Will never stay there again. The front desk guy was very rude when we got there. Very rude when we left very rude. Period no hot water in the morning. You have to take three flats of stairs. No elevator. No TV in the bedroom. No bar downstairs, no restaurant. Dont stay here very rude people. His name is Chris.

Dont stay here three flats of Stairs. No hot water in the morning not very clean and the people there are very rude. No bar no restaurant not helpful at all. Very rude customer service. Chris rude makes you feel very unwelcome. Find a better place, Dont stay here.

Very cool hotel. I was very comfortable, good bed, great vibes, free convenient parking. Left some things n the room. Called the hotel when I got home and they are mailing my things to me. Nearby activities: There are a lot of art shops etc nearby. There are coffee shops down the street and plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy after dark within walking distance.

I've been to Eureka Springs several times and have previously stayed at the Basin and Crescent, but honestly th Grand Central is the best of the 3. Extra large king room with a living room. Clean. Extremely comfortable. We arrived late and Chris waited for us so we could check in without issue...top notch service. Plus free onsite parking! Nothing negative to say...will return upon our next trip into town.
