        So I won't give my business to this location ever. Bertha gave extremely poor service and basically told me to just go to Victorville Avis. I wound up booking my own reservations right there in front of her since she was absolutely no help. There were other incidents that I chose to just overlook but did bring to the manager, Michelle's, attention. The issues and concerns I presented to Michelle, however, fell on deaf ears. She basically applauded the shifty service Bertha was providing with no real resolve with, me, the customer. So I'm certain I'm not the last person to bring a complaint to this location
