GymClass

I actually look forward to coming to Gym Class. It is a great way to get in your strength, training and cardio (regardless of your level.). The program is set up to meet you where you are and help you improve on a schedule that is healthy and doable for you. Ive had some trainer and gym experiences that felt traumatic, but this feels healing. The owner and her team are incredibly patient and kind.

GymClass is unlike any other gym that Ive been a part of; from the personable staff Shannon and Zoe, the supportive community of females to the strength training knowledge, classes and equipment. I cant imagine working out any place else. It has quickly become a home to me. My personal goals to strengthen and tone in the first month has been accomplished. I am constantly motivated by this amazing community to continuously work on new goals month to month. It has changed my perspective on health and training. Thank you!

Shannon and GymClass deserve a ton of credit for my health, sanity and happiness. Ive been a client for over 5 years and am always amazed how Shannons coaching keeps me challenged and interested. Icing on the cake is the amazing and supportive GymClass community that takes the anxiety out of working out and makes it fun!

I am going on 4 years with Shannon at Gym Class and I cant believe my results I have muscles and have done a total body transformation thanks Shannon for helping to motivate me and more importantly make it fun
