LEGOLAND Castle Hotel

Showing a bit of wear. Beds very comfortable but sheets a bit on the rough side. Kids were bothered by blankets with little fabric ball from being worn and the non smooth sheets. House keeping took away towels enough for 4 people but replaced with 3 and no wash cloths. Never had creme, stirrs or sugar for the coffee set up both days. The complementary breakfast was impressive considering it was complementary!! Lots of hot choices for adults and kids. Resturant style buffet. The outside kids area and activities were fantastic and a beautiful large pool area. Well worth it. Great family time away.

This Legoland park is very nice, special for children from one year to 12. You can stay in their hotels, each one has a design for each character. Rooms: Rooms with different decorations

Broken and dated is an understatement. Everything needs maintenance. The kids room is separated by a curtain and there is no door to the "parents room". The our room had an awful smell, but the real anger comes from the staff. At check-in the reservation system did not cooperate and the two people on staff were doing the bare minimum to greet, check-in, and handle guests. Then the TVs are dated making zero of the offered functionality beyond basic channels functional. That is fine, but when brought up to the staff they deferred our questions/concern for hours through the phone or text number. When I went to the front desk the person there finally after talking to someone else in the back room explained none of it worked. Again horrible service.
