Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach, a Hilton Resort and Spa

Fantastic location for a small sales team mtg. The staff is top-notch, they were so easy to work with and accommodated our every need. I will be back with a larger group for sure. Thank you all!

The pictures deceive the guest, to think you are on the beach. Lobby coffee is offered until 8am. Who makes it to the lobby before 8am? I needed to print something, I was directed to lobby computer. There was no printer at the computer. Then the computer did not work. I tried to troubleshoot and still did not work. It was an old Apple computer, with an HP Keyboard, and a Logitech mouse. That setup costs $250. The reception did help... print Jacuzzi sits 4, and is decrepid Rooms: The room was nice enough

Perfect hotel and ideally situated just outside of Carlsbad and another neighboring town. Pool outside was great and rooms over looking the ocean are highly recommended!

Definitely meets and exceeds expectations as far as quality, customer service and all in one conveniences including onsite dining and spa as well as other amenities. You definitely cant beat the beach views and relaxation. Michelle at the front desk is absolutely amazing and represents top quality customer service along with the valet staff. She explains everything thoroughly and even made and suggested last minute arrangements for a special weekend. She definitely makes the visit much more pleasant as she went above and beyond! Only downside might be pricing but otherwise an amazing place to stay. Definitely plan on returning visits.
