From the first step to the last step, Samantha the property manager was great, she walk me through the entire process.From the Tour, Application, to moving in, it was a amazing experience friendly staff, but most importantly very professional, the apartments are well kept, great living space for family, business personnel's, couples or even someone that's living alone , someone that's looking for a peace of mind when they get home, and gated is a big plus.......
I'm giving 10/10

The pictures look just like the unit I was in awe! Considering my first apartment was very outdated, I do wanna thank Ms Samantha Grant at Abby creek with the move in process everything was great and she showed very great professionalism, even when I called a thousand times lol. Recommend move in

Looks beautiful outside and the management were extremely nice when I viewed it last week. The only problem was the unit showed to me stunk. Was a dead roach in the carpet. Turned me off the smell and pest inside.

Review after a month of living here.
Samantha was amazing to work with. She provided a very helpful experience and made sure that my wife and I got exactly what we wanted while searching for our first apartment. She went above and beyond every step of the way and made us feel very comfortable with the whole process.
The community itself is wonderful. The outside is very nice to walk around and the neighbors are very nice as well. The apartment itself has some very modern features that make life a hell of a lot easier for your every day needs. I had a few friends over and they were all astounded at the quality of the apartment itself and were impressed of how modern and nice everything is. The community is on the center of everything as its close the arden/fairoaks/carmichael areas so there is a ton of places not more than a 10 minute drive away. It also borders nice parks and a lot of outdoor activities.
If youre considering moving here, Do it! it is without a doubt the best decision weve made.

*PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO TOUR OR CONSIDER MOVING IN!! LONG REVIEW BUT WORTH IT*
OH BOY WHERE DO I START? I MOVED IN RIGHT WHEN COVID HAPPENED APRIL 2020 SO I WAS NOT ABLE TO TOUR OR GET A FEEL OF THE COMPLEX. HOWEVER THE DAY I WAS SIGNING PAPER WORK A TENANT WAS TELLING THE FORMER PROPERTY MANAGER THEIR CAR WAS BROKEN INTO & THE MANAGER SHARED THEY ONLY HAD CAMERAS IN THE FRONT OF COMPLEX AND THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. I MOVE IN NEXT DAY AND GUESS WHAT? MY CAR GOT BROKEN INTO!! I WAS THERE A TOTAL OF 2 YEARS AND MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO ABOUT 6 TIMES AND EACH TIME SO WERE OTHER CARS. YOU MAY ASK WHY I DID NOT MOVE OUT? WITH THIS ECONOMY IT IS DIFFICULT. YOU TELL MANAGEMENT AND THEY JUST SAY THEY ARE SORRY AND THAT THERE IS SECURITY.. SECURITY LITERALLY DRIVES AROUND 1 TIME WALKS A SECTION OF COMPLEX AND DRIVES OFF.. THE INSIDE OF APARTMENTS ARE DECENT HOWEVER APARTMENT HAS ROACHES ESPECIALLY IN THE SUMMER BUCKLE UP, AS SOON AS YOU TURN ON A LIGHT THERE THEY ARE ..FUNNY THING IS THEY DONT RUN THEY JUST STAY IN THE SAME SPOT , THE BIG ROUND ROACHES SO IF YOU WOULD LIKE ROACHES AS FREE PETS THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!! NEIGHBORS ARE POLITE AND SAY HELLO BUT THERE A GROUP OF YOUNG KIDS WHO GO RING DOORBELLS AND RUN AWAY AND WILL BE OUTSIDE MIDDLE OF
COMPLEX BLOCKING EVEN AT LATE HOURS OF NIGHT. ALSO IF YOU WFH - WORK FROM HOME THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU THERE ARE SMUD OUTAGES CONSTANTLY ESPECIALLY DURING WINTER SEASON EVEN 12+ HOURS WITHOUT POWER.. AND CONSTANT ROAD WORK CLOSING ROAD FOR HOURS A DAY.. MAINTENANCE HISPANIC LADY IS AMAZING AND VERY QUICK TO RESPOND TO WORK ORDERS . MANAGEMENT SUCKS WITHIN A YEAR THERE HAS BEEN AT LEAST 3 MANAGERS. PLEASE DO YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY POCKETS A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!
