Run away!! Customer service is the worst by far , parking is $2 hour so if you have a guest for 24 hours they have to pay $48!! This place is a joke never had such horrible customer service

Horrible management , dont know a single resident who is happy with parking situation.
Any request from the office takes 2 weeks and you have to remind them several times.
Do not recommend this place to anyone
Wish I had read the reviews before move in

The apartments look nice when touring, but there were so many red flags that made me cancel my application. First, the fact that guests have to pay to park is very weird, Ive never seen that before. Second there are no people in management at the leasing office, its all through text messaging, you cant even reach anyone through a phone call. It seems very suspicious, like how do I know if these peoples names are even real??? Beware of applying and sending them any money because apparently if you need a refund for deposit they can only send it by mail which is VERY SUSPICIOUS, like they kept insisting that it was impossible and when I tried to talk to a real person in billing, nobody would give me a number, they only communicate through email. Like are these even real people??? I cant imagine how frustrating it would be if I was actually a renter here, I feel like I dodged a bullet after reading other peoples reviews and their horrible experiences. Also I did some research and UDR (the company that runs the property) has had multiple lawsuits against them so you should go through that if you still want to consider moving here

I was laying in bed thinking about the time I used to live in CA and became very livid just thinking about how bad they screwed us over when we moved out of this place. Lived here not even 8 months and they tried charging us nearly 1,000 for paint supplies and paint labor in addition to carpet replacement. Everytime I move somewhere I very diligently check the place and take photos of any and all damage even down to tiny knicks and scratches. I had tons of pics of the terrible condition the paint was in when we moved in. How they thought they could blame the condition of the paint on us after only living there for 8 months is beyond me. I asked for proof of damage and what they emailed pictures of were of the exact same spots I had photos of the day of move in. So they deducted that from our total that was due but still charged us for carpet replacement. Their reason was that there was multiple areas where my dog had pee'd. My 5 year old dog that was never left alone in the apartment for longer than a couple hours supposedly urinated all over the apartment. They threatened to send to collections of course so I paid that portion but wth. Still can't get over it obviously bc I should be sleeping lol. Bet they didn't even replace the carpet and charged the next person. Don't live here. Choose somewhere else!!
Edit: In response to your response, we did complete the conditions form upon move in. In addition to completing the form I took several pictures of the condition of the apartment first day we were able to enter. My advice to others is to document the condition of the apartment as many ways as possible because clearly they were still able to charge us for something we were not responsible for. Take pictures and save proof of date taken!!!! Along with the conditions form and save a copy!!! I did speak to the billing department. They were not helpful and demanded money and threatened to send to collections like I mentioned above^^^ We paid for carpet that you guys claimed was destroyed by pet urine when my dog has never peed anywhere other than outside even now at 14 years old. 8 months of living and we paid for "carpet replacement." We were moving because I was pregnant and needed to get closer to family so instead of that money going to help with the move we had to hand it over to you guys
