The Lark at Copper River

So my family and I just moved in and I have to say, I definitely feel like home. I came from years of poverty and working incredibly hard to finish my education, which I'm still working on, and climb my way into a comfortable living. My family and I do still get some public assistance, so I thought living somewhere like this was a pipe dream. However, the management here have treated us like anyone else, even with the fact that we are HCV recipients. I still feel like this is all a dream. If you're considering moving here, ESPECIALLY if you receive assistance with HCV, apply! You won't regret it. My kids are so much happier in their new SAFE home.

Ive lived at The Lark for about a year and it has been the best place Ive lived in. My experience from the leasing office to maintenance has been great. Claudia is always willing to help. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to move into brand new apartments with awesome amenities and outstanding management. I had the opportunity to meet the owner prior to renting was a super nice guy down to earth asking even for recommendation on what they can improve. If youre looking for a resort style living this is the place. Rent it is a little bit high for Fresno but you wont get the same amenities that this place offers.

I lived her for a year. Felt super uncomfortable. Judgmental . I have children constant load loud partying and noise. Cops numerous times coming late at night. Not worth the high rent. The town homes are the same as the apartments and double the price. The management is rude and owner is money hungry and treats people like less than ! Rent elsewhere

The Lark at Copper River is unquestionably a remarkable place to call home, boasting incredible amenities, a delightful caf (opening soon), exceptional management, and an enviable location. However, there is an ongoing predicament regarding Amazon and UPS deliveries within this community. The apartments at Lark share identical numbers, and the distinguishing factor lies in the building numbers. Unfortunately, delivery drivers often overlook the importance of these building numbers and instead deposit packages at whichever apartment they deem to have a similar number. Despite the presence of an Amazon hub within the complex, delivery companies have yet to fully utilize its services. Nevertheless, the management has been proactive in addressing this issue by implementing additional signage and other helpful measures to assist delivery drivers in locating the correct apartment effortlessly. This is presently the sole drawback, which I am confident will be swiftly resolved. Apart from this minor inconvenience, the Lark at Copper River is an extraordinary place to reside.
