Decent apartment community where seniors can enjoy what it has to offer such as the spa, fitness and business center and a nice garden where you can sit back and enjoy the breeze. Management staff is friendly and welcoming. Mr. Garcia is available at anytime to extend his help and help through the renewal process.

I moved in 3 months ago and I love the apartments. The manager Hei Garcia made the application process so easy. Anytime you have a problem they take care of it right away. The housekeeper keeps this place clean. It's a very nice place to live and I think I'll be here for a long time!

We moved in to Hayward Village Senior Apts two weeks ago. The interior and exterior of the building is well maintained. This complex is quiet and feels safe. Shout-Out to the management staff (Hai, Patricia, and Martha) for continuing to do an excellent job .

This is a great place to live. I came here in December of last year The property manager Hai Garcia is great he is very kind to me I love living here.
