        Myha truong is worst customer service person here. She doesn't know how to talk to customer and was so mean.Can someone teach them how to be nice and if they can't be nice, she shouldn't be working at public places like this.

        The banker on duty this afternoon claimed he could not help us because he was booked with appointments, yet he was not helping anyone when we arrived and no one else was there waiting. He would not even help to call another branch for us to ensure they had availability to see us before sending us away to drive a distance in the storm. This person is the laziest and most unprofessional Chase employee I have come across. I see other branches are rated higher on yelp,  so this is a sign to never do business at this particular branch.

        Very unsatisfactory service... why is there only 1 banker to help in the weekends??? Is chase having problems paying their other stuffs to be at work in the weekends???
