The Tree House

Tree House was closed today but the owner stepped outside to greet us and tell us about next take-out/pick-up order day. Very sweet man trying to keep feeding his community. We'll be sure to come around next time for the "best grilled cheese sandwiches" he recommended!

Very impressed with the quality and value. We had the bacon cheeseburger and traditional breakfast and highly recommend it. The potatoes alone are perfectly crispy and you get a large portions and great tasting food. The wait can be a bit long but is definitely worth it since everything is made fresh. Thanks Joe!

I admit the food looks good but Ive called them to order but no one ever picks the phone up. It says that they are open online but I went to the restaurant and they were closed. Please The Tree House update your information of when you are open and have someone answer phone calls for your business. This is the last time that Ill try to go to this place. Definitely loss my business.

Edit: My previous review is still an accurate representation of the food and service, but in the past year, I've noticed the owner of the building, the woman who sells trinkets outside, putting more and more of these concerning signs in the front window. At first, they were a series of, obviously politically motivated rants, with the occasional picture, complaining about the owner of the restaurant and their property dispute. But as of late, they've included pictures of the restaurant owners cat, calling the cat smart for wanting to escape. I'm a white dude, so I'm not going to assume what is and isn't discriminatory, but the Asian owner of the building, has been belittling the black restaurant owner with their 4chan-esque ramblings typed out and taped to the window, and recently included the attached picture in their windows. I'm no longer comfortable doing business with her, but should you see the owner of the restaurant, or the sign with his phone number on the front window, I'd highly recommend giving him a call, having a chat, and sitting down for a good meal and good company. Joe: Sorry you've gotta put up with this nonsense, if you'd like me to remove this review, if it has a negative effect, let me know next time we chat, I'll gladly remove it. Original Review: Wonderful customer service, see the guy who runs it all the time, believe he's also the chef. The food itself is well prepped, but I feel like the owner shouldn't be running the place by himself, and you can see it in the food. It seems rushed. If you're drunk or hungover and need some greasy, tasty breakfast foods, this is the place to go, and you'll get good customer service while you do. But don't expect something fancier than what you're paying for.
