Doesnt offer a lot of service. Dropped by to ask about opening an account, was just given a website and told to apply from there. Didn't even explain my options nor an explanation on it at all. Drive thru atm sometimes says withdrawal complete but doesnt dispense.

I’m giving a 1 star because you can’t rate any lower! Someone hacked our account. They ordered checks with our account number but their own name. They then wrote themselves a check for $22,000 and deposited it in their account. Chase cashed it. The manager said they don’t check names or signatures just account numbers. How secure do you feel now?? It’s been 3 weeks and we’re still no closer to get our money back. We have no idea how this happened but we’ve talked to fraud, filed a police report and we’re getting put off. They sent us new debit cards which were left in plain sight on our front porch. They said we were safe because they could only be activated by a call from our phone. Says the bank that cashed a $22,000 check written and signed by someone not even on our account!! Horribly disappointed with customer service
