I've been part of City National Bank for over 30 years and have always had great experiences with their staff. My contact recently retired and my new rep is even better! Highly recommend working with Polly Laberge at this branch. She's very helpful and responsive to any and all my concerns.

The employees of this bank are amazing to me. Every time I come here they treat me with the utmost respect, always very kind and they asked me how my day is going. I never have problems cashing my checks with this branch. Maria, Hillary and Mina thank you for being so sweet and kind to me.

If you want poor customer service, this is the bank for you.  I have been trying to get access to my bank account via App since December 29th, 2021.  I waited over the long weekend and was told I would have access but I could not log in.  I called the support line at 1-800-773-7100 and have to wait 30 to 40 minutes everyday before anyone answers.  On every call they say they are escalating my request because the online account is frozen and promise me they will have is working the next business day but as of today January 18,2022 the online account is still frozen.  They don't know why. I've talked with supervisors who promise to fix itbut they never call me back. My advise is do not use this bank unless you have the time to walk into the office to do all your business.

I went to this bank for the first time to filled up the forms for my checks. One of the staff, Mrs. Hillary Morales greeted me with joy and supported me how to fill up the form from the company I work for. I really appreciate her help and very well explained about the process. I would like to offer an excellent customer service and she was the workers I was looking for as a professional bank teller. Because of this professional jobs and customer service, I was thinking about switching the bank to Citi National Bank instead of Citi Bank which poor customer service I am currently using it.Thank you Mrs. Morales and the staff for the Citi National Bank.

Good morning, I went into this branch last week to cash a settlement check.  After some troubleshooting the very polite , professional staff were able to help me out with this matter. Maria Franco-Heads was more than helpful and I am very appreciative of all the efforts.  Very pleased with the customer service displayed by all the specialists!! thank you very much.
