Cart Mart - La Quinta

Horrible customer service. I was never updated on the lateness of my expensive cart that I ordered, I had to call numerous times myself for updates. The cart didn't come with the ice chest which I purchased which apparently was on back order. I have called many times for an update on its delivery and have been told over and over again that it is delayed and I am on a list with others and will be notified when it will arrive. I never received a call and upon MY call today was told that they have been in stock, yet no one ever contacted me. The only reason I am giving the rating a 2 star is because the cart is nice.

Garia Super Sport purchased there. 4/4/22: Looks futuristic. Shiny. Great for riding around the neighborhood of a golf course.. Golfwise: Performance/Reliability/Safety - The tires spin if on a rise on a dry fairway (not accelerating fast). Speed limit is 25 after you put it in street mode. 15mph on golf course. Does not have WiFi. Does have Bluetooth. Comfort - Be careful getting into the the cart, it is lower than the usual golf cart. The ride IS better than usual golf cart. NO sand bottle holder, Can't hold the golf scorecard (flimsy), Beverage holders aren't deep enough and the drink will fall out, The recess below the dash to hold items needs fixed to hold items inside so that when you do make it up an incline your items will not fall out, Floorboard seems more slippery when wet than other carts. And remember this has no metal within reach, rangefinder will have to be placed in the recess or take up the beverage holder. The rep is informing those above what I have said. Don't know if they will fix these issues.... I've already paid for it. Value - Definitely could buy a Model 3 ALL decked out and possibly Model S for the price paid. Hoping they will take care of this cart. If they fix these issues I will inform you.
