After visiting the store three times to see the golf carts we realized we had to look no further! Each time we were greated with excellent customer service and not to mention not pushy at all. The process was very smooth and they delivered on time. The cart guy was very helpful explaining all the details about storing and using the cart too! Thank you very much! Purchased an Epic E-20 and absolutely love every aspect - and everyone at Luxury Golf Cars of La Quinta has be fabulous. The Epic brand, the dealership as a whole (including sales, service and follow-up) has made this a memorable experience and good decision.

I recently stopped in at the Icon dealer showroom in LaQuinta, CA. I thought my need was for service and I was very worried about how much I might have to spend to get my cart running again. Theo was the salesperson on duty and after listening to my rather lame description of the problem he offered a possible solution. In addition to explaining what to do, he took me over to a cart on the floor to show me what to do and he printed out instructions! Lo and behold, he was right, it was a quick and easy fix and I was soooo relieved. Thank you Theo! We bought our cart from this dealership a year ago and have received nothing but wonderful service and support since. They are located by the Costco store in LaQuinta.
