Front end problem on my golf cart that was quickly analyzed and parts ordered. After parts arrived the cart was quickly returned to service. All repairs were done at my home.

After returning to our residence in La Quinta, we noticed our golf cart batteries were completely drained from sitting for several weeks. Although this is very common, it was the first time we had to deal with it. Once the batteries are that low, the included charger will not charge the batteries at all. A jump was needed.  I contacted Bob's Classic Golf Repair and spoke to Mike. He agreed to respond the same day, which was very convenient. Mike arrived on time and jumped the golf cart battery using a unique charging device. He also provided suggestions to help avoid the batteries being completely depleted. He also performed a quick inspection of the batteries, water level, and tires. The charge for this service was very good compared to another competitor. We appreciated Mike's excellent service, advice, and professionalism. As a result of the incredible service, we will continue to seek out Bob's Classic Golf Repair for our golf cart needs.

My EZ Go golf cart stopped charging properly. I fill the batteries every month and do normal maintenance at that time. The Trojan batteries are 2 years old and I've had zero problems with them up to now. I started to smell a burning odor and found that one of my terminals was melting. I went to YouTube to try to figure things out and couldn't find what I needed. My charger would charge green for a couple of hour then would flip to red and I would get a small charge. Finally I talked to my buddies and they told me about Mike at Bob's. I called him at 3:00 on Tuesday afternoon and he tried to make it out that day but couldn't. So he came at 10:00 the next morning and replaced the one bad battery with a1 year old refurbished one, he replaced my old 12 gauge cables with new 4 gauge cables that I had bought and my cart is back working properly. My total bill was $195 instead of $1,400 for new batteries. Most repair companies would tow your cart for $195 each way to do the Mobil service the Bob's did. Highly recommend this company.
