I would recommend Ulises as the best Realtor I've ever had. He's there when you call with any problems and guides you in the right direction. He is knowledgeable about Loans because that's part of his services. He makes business oriented suggestions, but listens to your needs; moreover, as an elderly woman buying and selling property he was a great comfort with his suggestions. It seems there are always problems in these transactions, but Ulises was on it, consequently, things progressed to the closing of my property and my condo purchase. Ulises is tops in my book.

Ulises from Impress Realty was my agent for the purchase of a duplex in Palm Desert, CA. I can't say enough good things about his service during this sometimes difficult transaction. He knows all aspects of the business very well and what he doesn't know he will find out for you. He is clearly passionate about the real estate business. He always seemed to be available to answer questions for us and was an aggressive representative on our behalf.We will be using Impress Realty in the near future for a lending need and would highly recommend them to anyone.
