Dawn came recommended by a friend and helped us sell our house in Indio during the Covid pandemic. We live in Canada and could not return to the US to be there. When I look for a realtor, I want someone who is hardworking, smart, knowledgeable, and who is more interested in helping me find what I want rather than just trying to sell a house.
