Mary sold my Father's house after his recent passing. Mary managed the sale, the inspections, the showings, interaction with renters occupying the property. In short, Mary took care of virtually everything, including personalities, on both sides of the sale. She got us a great sale price, swiftly, with as few hitches as possible. I had previously purchased a home with Mary as my agent. Mary handled that transaction from start to finish. I would highly recommend Mary, for both sales, and purchases. Mary was absolutely wonderful!! We worked with her over the course of nearly 1.5 years to find our perfect home. We changed our requirements several times, had a baby, and even changed the neighborhoods we were looking at. She stuck with us through the whole process, providing information and practical advice. I always felt like she was being straight with us, and she wasn't afraid to disagree with us and provide her professional opinion. Once we found a house we wanted to put in an offer on, she helped us to orchestrate the sale while we were out of state, and it went perfectly. She's a master negotiator and truly works to get a fair deal for everyone involved, which leads to a great reputation within the real estate community (you don't want someone who will push for a great deal but burns every bridge in the process!).
