This was my first year trying to do taxes with multiple forms after moving to California. I had so many questions about my state taxes and deductions and my forms. They were absolutely no help at all. She couldn't answer any of my questions about my state tax and couldn't answer why I was being charged $1300+ for state taxes when I barely made above poverty. Not to mention she also admitting to doing her math wrong when looking over my forms. Afterwards that I told her I still wanted to continue to file with them and pay them, she had asked what software I tried using at home and had told me to go home and try again by myself. Why would I go home and try again by myself, the reason I went was to get HELP. Not be told to go home. Not to mention the woman helping me was rushing, my appointment was 40 minutes late. Do NOT waste your time here.
