        Had some issues with my stay, which was a precursor to the rest of my week. I managed to screw up my original Airbnb with the rez for the wrong dates so I found this place that was similarly priced at the last minute. I somehow overbooked them and stayed the first night in a leaky room. Honestly didn't notice and got switched the next day to an upper level for the remainder of my stay. I liked the location mainly due to the bar across the street. Try not to get hit by traffic. But my Lyfts were in the $10-$15 range to some of the other hot spots in Santa Monica. Rooms were clean, well furnished and comfortable. Bathrooms are tiny, almost felt like I was using the shower instead of the toilet. There are a few things walkable in the area, but I wouldn't at night. Not super sketch, but you're walking alone on a heavily trafficked main road.

        The AC in our room did not work. It was muggy and hot during our entire stay which made it difficult to sleep well. The hotel is cute and clean but I can not stand sleeping or getting dressed in a hot room so unfortunately we will not be back.

        Clean rooms , good people on staff, central for public transport options around Santa Monica. Fun rock lounge on weekends nights directly across street TRIP !
