Arshia went above and beyond to help me close on my Condo quickly and efficiently. Arshia is knowledgeable, genuine, humble, and extremely hard working. Arshia was accommodating with my schedule and one thing that I absolutely loved about his approach was helping educate me on both the market and process. Arshias organization and follow up skills were the key reasons why we were able to close on the property so smoothly and without any issues. Buying your first home can be quite daunting with all the information, documents and terms you need to read and understand, but Arshia made this a very easy, stress free and streamlined process for us! He really took the time to explain everything and was very responsive and communicative the entire way through. We needed to move quickly to get the house we wanted and Arshia made that happen with ease. Without his help, we wouldn't have our dream home - not to mention he was able to work with us to get us to a monthly payment we were comfortable with. Thank you for everything you did for us Arshia!
