As a first time home buyer I really appreciated how Jameson explained each step of the process and how patient he was while we looked at property after property, even steering me away from properties that he thought were not a good fit or had problems that were not readily apparent.

Jameson provided us with a detailed guide for preparing our house for the sale. He consulted us about how much we absolutely needed to get out of the sale. Looking at that and the market, he presented us with a price that was fair for the market and met our needs. We never actually went to market because he was able to generate enough interest in the industry prior to going to market. By private showings Jameson was able to generate multiple offers. We accepted an offer that was over our asking price and went intro an expedited escrow. He was knowledgeable, direct, and a pleasure to deal with. Real estate transactions are rarely painless, but Jameson made this transaction painless for us.

Jameson Junk was truly exceptional. He listened to our needs and showed us options that met our requirements and more. He was so knowledgeable and gave us very honest advice and realistic options during each step of the process. Once we were in contract, he provided a team of vendors that were honest, helpful and very good at what they do. Every time we had an inspection or had people working on the house Jameson would communicate effectively and always be there for support and assistance. As first time buyers, we felt Jameson did an incredible job in preparing us for each step of the process and answering questions we had about any part.
