I really enjoyed everything I ate from their menu. The hamburgers were delicious . The continental breakfast was fabulous. They had an omlette bar and fresh pastry bar. The service was excellent.
Rooms: The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The view from my room was beautiful. I was on the 11th floor, and my bay and ocean view were gorgeous. They use high-quality shampoo, hand soap, and body wash. baraben and toxin free products. Coffee Bean, brand coffee in the rooms, and Starbucks included with the continental breakfast. The staff were warm and friendly. Excellent service.

Was there for 3 days and stayed in room 1008. Room was nice but the hide away bed in the couch was not comfortable and the main bedroom door didnt close properly and I didnt like how there was only one door to go to the bathroom and not double doors. Wish there was a closet in the living room. Breakfast was average. The market was not so great they only had very little treats on the shelves and not enough candy selection

What a terrible, annoying experience I had at this place. First, the good.
1. People are chill. All the hotel employees I spoke to are friendly and polite.
2. Breakfast is fantastic. Not average, not good, but pretty darn great.
The bad.
1. The thermostat in the room is merely a suggestion. Came to the room it was set at 65, I set it at 76 because I was cold, after half a day it was 69 in the room, and that's where it stayed for 5 days. It's very clear they don't let you set the temperature to where you want it to save $$$.
2. Window was screwed shut. Instead of having a nice, fresh breeze I was stuck with a noisy AC/Heater and super dry air.
3. The internet kicked you off at least 2-3 times per day, and made you re-log into it. In the middle of a work zoom meeting? Playing a video game? They don't care, it will kick you off. Talking to hotel guests at breakfast confirmed that everyone experienced this. From a business hotel this is inexcusable!
4. Room was all dark, with muted silvers and grey everywhere, and was slightly depressing. There is nothing colorful in the room and it was very dreary. Some fun colors would be appreciated.
5. Paid parking with zero security and very little shade.
