What used to be my favorite dry cleaners is now under new ownership. I've been very disappointed thus far. I'm not yet ready to leave, but I'm looking around for alternatives. So bummed.

Great customer service. Clothes are cleaned well and turnaround time is much better than last cleaners. Highly recommend!
I just want to add that Ive been frequenting this dry cleaners for a couple of years now and they are always pleasant and helpful. But what astounds me is how rude and self righteous some of the customers are to them. Its astonishing to me that people treat others this way. This is a great business and bless them for dealing with some of these outrageous customers..a true gem in our neighborhood!

My experience at this dry cleaner was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I went in hoping to get my pants hemmed and shirts pressed, but the staff seemed uninterested in helping me. They were rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in, showing no willingness to assist or provide any information about their services.
When I finally picked up my items, I was shocked to find that they had overcharged me. The prices were not explained clearly, and the total was much higher than I expected based on previous experiences elsewhere.
I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere if you're looking for a dry cleaner with courteous staff and fair pricing. This place lacks basic customer service skills and transparency in their pricing. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience overall, and I won't be returning.

If you are a current or prospective customer who cares at all about the items you are getting cleaned, altered, or repaired, then go somewhere else. Note that ownership has changed, this place was wonderful under the previous owners, but the new ownership & staff DOES NOT handle items with any care or care at all about their customers. The new owners & staff are happy to take your money while destroying your items in the process & then will place the blame on you to take zero responsibility.
Long story short, they damaged my item, said they would come to a resolution & that "resolution" was to blame it on me, claim they never cleaned it in the first place, all while wasting my time in the process. There are 15+ other dry cleaners in the area, trust me, take your items anywhere but here.
