We have been going there for years, and I do mean years. My husband travels quite a bit and has had his clothes dry cleaned or pressed at least one or twice a week, sometimes more. We’ve had a positive experience each time. Everyone there is very courteous and thorough and swift. I hope this cleaners does not close anytime soon, and I will continue to go there as long as we live in Walnut Creek! Great job! thank you for your consistent and thorough work!!

I usually patronize the Peets coffee in that shopping center so I ended up taking my suits there once a few years back and now I've been their customer for a long time. alway have my stuff ready on time and they've never screwed up anything I've given them. super friendly staff as well

If they fix this and honor the services that should be provided to customers I will remove this post and praise them for fixing it. It's a business' ability to make good on their services, whatever they decide to charge, that shows if they are a good business. How should they fix it? They should have a local leather service restore the trim. They should do this directly with a leather repair service, with an expedited time, so I don't need to go through a protracted travel to and from and reimbursement process. The item can be repaired so they should take care of it if they don't already have a repair service. I think they would.
I took in my Cole Haan coat with leather trim. I have had it cleaned once before and it was done perfectly. I took it in during this past week and was told it would be ready Saturday. I did not ask for them to rush it and I was surprised it was going to be done so fast and that it only cost $15. I didn't know if $15 was cheap and hence "you get what you pay for" or if I had simply been hosed by the dry cleaner in the last place I lived. I think they charged $30-ish. They damaged a ton of the leather trim. Clear and simple it looks heat damaged - dry, cracked, and loss of color. The trim around the collar and the trim going up the middle of the coat. It's obvious as day and night the brought in condition (supple, deep black, no blemishes to the leather anywhere) vs. what they damaged -- dry, cracked, chipped, grayish, etc. I'm so glad I caught this damage from their service before leaving the parking lot. I want to be clear that I asked for a full cleaning and I explained that I wanted the fabric of the cuff's, in and outside collar, pocket areas and such fully cleaned. You see, if you just say "dry cleaning" there is a minute amount of spot cleaning that gets done. The semantics the store wants to assign in their charge system for what I ask for isn't my responsibility to police.
