We had a rodents problem in the crawl space , we hired attic efficiency and giermo , they cleaned the crawl space and did rodent proofing, they was very professional and cleaned, they also changed our insulation, highly recommend

I received a bid from this business after a competing business gave us and outrageous bid, the quote was very high. After speaking with the owner of Attic Efficiency-I called my original group back and they matched the quote. I would refer Attic Efficiency before the business because they were fair, asked for our square footage, googled our home and did not bad mouth the business that was disingenuous in their first two quotes. Since they did our inspection-we went with them due to our urgency and they did the initial inspection. But I would not trust their sale-men. Attic Efficiency was polite and honest and explained the process and even told me the business I started with did good work.
I recommend this business. The owner has integrity, asked for the business, explained the process and didnt play games.
