sold 4 pairs of shoes for $46.80 absolute rip off. 3 pairs of addidas and 1 pair of nikes all brand new never worn. Take your clothes and shoes somewhere else.

This store is not an establishment you want to support. They are judgmental and self entitled, considering its just a low end second hand store. It is a customer service role after all ladies!!! Wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone, save yourself the hassle and money. They dont know what theyre doing anyway.. They will treat you like you mean nothing and laugh at you while they do it. Especially their nasty older owner character! If you see a very bad attitude with dark hair acting like her world is more important than yours, fire her and leave. Ive never met a more unpleasant old woman. Be sure to read about how many bad experiences people have had!!!

I honestly felt that I was being judged the moment we walked in. The vibe in there was so off that I did not want to spend time in the store! Which is rare for me since I love shopping at Plato's in springs. Not even a simple hello when we walked in, when my sisters asked for a fitting room they did not get the usual how many/whats your name treatment! Very disappointed in this location ! The side eyeing and the fact that I was getting ignored the whole time made me feel that I was being judged for being pregnant or something! If youre having a bad day learn to leave it at the door before clocking in !
