I worked with Dakota at Velocity Lending in early 2024. He made me feel very comfortable every step of the way and was always available - and went out of his way to answer all my questions of rates and the Fed expectations on future rates. I felt in very good hands and ended up with the best rate I could have in this market at that time - post close he keeps up with me so that when rates change / fall he will help me make the best decision for me at that time. Cant recommend Dakota any higher!
