A completely disappointing apartment suite. I have had more enjoyable stays in cheaper rooms. There were some nice small touches but none of these made up for all the lacking basic things you take for granted that make a luxury stay feel luxurious. Pros Room looked as pictured, honored requests for room with standalone tub and early check in. Cons Literally everything else. The living room is so drafty the hvac system could not heat it adequately. When I arrived at 4pm the living room area was 64. I set it to 74 and 7 hours later, at midnight it had only gotten up to 70. Pretty damn ridiculous. Front desk lady had a serious attitude problem, curt and short for no reason. The only fridge in the room was the minibar that only left extra room for 2 bottles, so no storage for any leftovers a guest may have. The bleed through noise between rooms and from the hallway was excessive. TVs do not offer streaming services, literally no ad free viewing options available. No trash cans except the tiny one in the bedroom. Room service menu was a mediocre reduced bar menu and the valet guys seemed a bit of a hot mess. Not at all worth the price tag

The Line as a hotel is good and I'm enjoying my stay, however, the server in the restaurant was terrible tonight. He ignored our table completely and I don't understand why. He went to every table around us and even when I called him over he tossed a menu at us and said he'd come back soon. He never came back. The bartenders were amazing, though!
