Great location, close to the redline and great restaurants. The rock creek trail is nearby for hikers and cyclists. The housekeeping services were another bright spot, particularly Linda Butler. She went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met within the room.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel.
Upon my arrival, my room was not ready for check-in, despite the promised time. To make matters worse, I was told that I would receive a call once the room was ready, but that call never came.
On the third day of my stay, I was horrified to find a cockroach in my room. This was not only disgusting but also extremely unsettling. Additionally, the air conditioner in the room was incredibly noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
To add insult to injury, I discovered that there were purchases wrongly billed to my room. It seems there is a serious issue with their management system that needs to be addressed. When I approached the manager to resolve these issues, she was unable to provide any signed receipt or security footage to verify the charges, which is completely unacceptable.
Overall, my experience at the Omni Shoreham Hotel was disappointing and marred by a series of issues that should not occur in a reputable establishment. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel until they address these issues and improve their customer service.

Noteworthy details: Hotel is more 2 star than 4 star. No service or attempt at hospitality. Staff is below average and manager is non existent. Stay somewhere else if you can.
