        Said they would come for and emergency repair in under an hour at 6:00 pm. Stayed in touch until 11:00 pm, when they said they were 10 minutes away. Midnight now and they never came at all.

        I had a leak in my kitchen faucet. This plumber did not show up to our original appointment time. Then quoted me $720 to replace the faucet, but hed knock off $100 for missing our first appointment time. Actual cost to fix: $50 for an overnight shipped faucet, $16 for a basin wrench, a free 12 minute YouTube video, and an hour of my time. I have no experience plumbing whatsoever. If youre going to try and price gouge that much at least show up on time.

They are doing a great job for us on large custom addition/renovation in Georgetown.
