In my many years in banking l truly enjoy the Southstate bank at Winter Park Lee rd. The friendly staff always addresses me by name and with a smile.

Door locked before closing. Refused to provide service. Negative attitude and demeanor from manager.

Worst branch. ATMs always broken, after hours doors dont work, always a waste of time to try to go to this location.

Excellent customer service. Jennifer was so helpful. Love this branch!!!
