I will not stay here again. Service sucks, room was not clean. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, I just believe whoever owns and manages this hotel does not care bringing this hotel up to the standards of the surrounding area. Only one working elevator and there was a line daily with people checking in with luggage trying to get to their room. Me and my family stayed here during the Easter weekend. Hopefully owner of this property and management is reading this review.
Rooms: Old and out dated.

Terrible hotel. The hotel is dirty and not updated. They gave my room away, so they had to send me to another room!! My tub in my jacuzzi room did not work and was dirty and rusted. The employees in the front are not helpful, especially the male manager who had a absolutely nasty attitude. Never coming back, choose a different hilton.

Unbelievable Hilton Mngt! As the reviews all state, front desk has some very ratchet disrespectful staff. I mean management puts the G in ghetto! My bf does long hotel stays. Recently while headed to dinner the hotel manager Kendra Abbott decided to text him in his personal phone. After he decided to confide in the situation, there were several text of her asking him to buy her lunch etc. And the only reason I was really in aw because I could see he had replied No! Hes the age of her grandfather I nicely asked her to please not do it again. And moments later the police were at the hotel in several cars saying shes requesting I be criminally trespassed and removed. She laughed and taunted me the entire time and called me names I would not repeat. Hilton needs to respond to the complaint. I want an apology and the affiliation of criminal trespassing with Fulton Co Police removed asap. I also included a video of the same manager being extremely ghetto and rude to another guest. The lady told her shes not competent enough to handle her request. She responded nope Im not lol How this person became a manager is beyond me! The building is for sale so hopefully it will soon get brought to life. For now. Id beware. The police said they are called often by her. She continuously threatened me with authorities and I had not broken any laws or caused any disruption. It was wild! Now the Hilton may have legal issues. Very unclassy trashy unwelcoming environment lead by manager Kendra. If you call to try to speak to someone over her. She argues with you refuses and threatens you with police. This is not Hilton quality service.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! FRONT DESK MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I AM DISGUSTED WITH HER ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a service animal and I was first told my dog wasnt a service animal even though I had the paper work to prove it. Upon check in we waited for 15 minutes to check in because no one was a the front desk or picked up the phone. I had to walk around the hotel and find the front desk person. I was charged $200 cleaning fee and when I asked why I was being charged this and the front desk manager got an attitude and couldnt and wouldnt give me a reason. She told me it wasnt her department and she didnt know why. I tried to explain the issues I had with the front desk upon check in and she told me what did that have to do with anything. I listen to her talk to other customers as well and she had the same nasty attitude with them. The entire front desk should be fired! People are standing out front of the hotel smoking weed. You could smell nothing but weed everywhere in the hotel. I have been trying to get in touch with the GM or Housekeeping manager and apparently no one works there. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

If I would of read reviews I would of never stayed. I'm disabled and have service dog. My truck broke down and I'm dealing with lyme disease. I alerted the desk I was not well and I just needed till monday.
Last n8ght at 10pm on a Friday I was woke up so some woman screaming through phone that my dog was barking yet we were dead sleeping. Then threatened to throw me out stating I left mind you i can't walk well and I don't have my truck.
I was called a lier and was told I lied about being sick then laughted at explained I had service dog w papers abd yes they do bark to alert.
I was told service dogs don't bark?.
I'm a diamond member however I think Hilton and I are parting ways.
10 years of loyalty got me more aggravation cost me more money and possibly aggravated my condition.
It's too bad I love Hilton but I've never been discriminated against like that.
I still don't understand what I did.
They took my money without a problem.

Broke down
Traveling
Sick.
Thought that's what hotels are for.
I'll be sure to pass on to AAA ADA. Ect.
